Spa Package Terms & Conditions

  1. All bookings are considered confirmed. A SMS reminder will be sent to prior to appointment. A RM20 fee will be deducted from the package if cancel/no show after the SMS reminder deadline.
  2. Please refer to the package expiry details in the section above. Once packages are expired, remaining balance is nullified. Package validity cannot be extended.
  3. There is no refund/exchange for all partially utilized packages. Unused packages can be exchanged to other packages of equal to or higher value or retail products within 7 days of purchase. In the event of relocation or unavailability of requested staff, the Company shall offer the next best alternatives/substitutes. No cash refund to be given.
  4. In case of outlet relocation or unavailability of requested staff, the company will try our best to arrange appointments at the nearest outlet and/or next available staff. No refund will be given in such cases as long as the treatment can still be rendered.
  5. Standard Package holders are entitled to a 10% discount on selected products. This privilege is valid only while the package is active & is not transferable or applicable with another offer/discount. Not applicable with promotional packages, unless otherwise stated.
  6. Valid standard package holders are entitled to a 10% discount on selected products. This privilege is invalid if no treatment activities over a continuous 2 months period. Privilege is not transferable or applicable with other package offer/discount/promotions, unless otherwise stated.
  7. Treatments are to be redeemed from Flexi Packages at the prevailing Member’s Prices at the time of redemption.
  8. Items in “Simply” series packages are fixed & not exchangeable for other items. In case of reduced treatment time due to customer’s lateness, 100% of standard treatment price will be deducted.
  9. All booking requests (timing, location, and therapist) are subjected to availability. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.
  10. Standard packages are transferable to other people with written permission from package owner. Transferred points are redeemable at Members’ Prices and can be utilized at any SK-II Boutique Spa outlets within the country of purchase. Promotional Packages are not transferable, unless otherwise stated
  11. The Company’s policies & spa etiquette, are to be observed at all time while present at our facilities.
  12. The company reserves the right to change menu items, prices, personnel and other policies at any time without prior notice, nor compensation.
